Production typically takes 7–14 business days for sublimation orders and 9–20 business days for embroidery orders, depending on order quantity and design complexity.

Note: Production begins only after all customisation details and order confirmations are received.

Express Shipping: 4–7 business days

Economy Shipping: 8–12 business days

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union.

Yes. With our strong OEM / ODM capabilities, we can assist with design development, color matching, and production optimization.

When the order quantity meets our requirements, colors and designs can be customised freely.

Q6. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. We offer competitive pricing with low MOQ options.
The larger the order quantity, the lower the unit cost.

Thanks to our advanced supply chain, we are able to provide factory-direct pricing and volume discounts.

Q7. What is your sample policy?

Sample orders are available.
A sample fee applies, which may be refunded or deducted once a bulk production order is confirmed.

For single-piece custom orders, retail or sample pricing applies.

For custom or sample orders, single-piece production is available, with a higher unit cost compared to bulk orders.
